About this portrait –  I had the chance to dive the wreck about a week after it was sunk.  I was impressed that the ship sat upright, but it was not until I was doing my safety stop that I saw the vertical lines of the mast, divers bubbles, and angle of the ship.  At that moment a composition came into focus, and this image was created.
