About this portrait – It was late in the day in Vavau' Tonga, when we saw this mother and calf. We were hoping they would be playful and curious, as they came by to check us out but they didn't. I think mom was trying to get some distance as their a group of males in the not to far off distance. As the pair swam by, I saw several remoras getting a free ride from both mom and calf.
