Maui Portraiture Workshop
In Maui there is an unlimited number of beautiful settings starting at sea level and going up to the forests and pasturelands of Haleakala. When creating portraits of people in these locations photographers face a variety of lighting situations. This workshop will expose participants to lighting tools such as off camera flashes, reflectors and diffusors. With these tools I will teach you how to enhance or modify existing light to create images that capture emotion and have impact. We will also discuss posing, styles of portraiture, how to create environmental portraits of people so that the people have an appropriate head size in the overall image, and composition.
I offer half day workshops. The cost is $500 per person. Family rates are available as are small group incentives. Includes the use of radio controlled camera flash units, professional quality diffusors and reflectors. Call 808-879-0260 or email me for more information.
